If you are new to relational mindfulness, we recommend that you attend one of our introductory sessions or the Potluck, which usually includes some introductory games as well. If you’ve had some more experience, or you’re willing to jump into something more advanced, check out the Sunday Flow.

Sunday Flow

Sunday Flow is an opportunity to get together with friends and practice relational mindfulness in an open setting that allows for spontaneity, self-ownership and co-creation.

We recommend you have some prior experience with Circling, Relatefulness, Authentic Relating or another related practice, but it's really up to you. If you're feeling adventurous, or okay with not knowing what exactly is going on, than you're free to join us as well.

We'll also be at the park, so bring whatever you need to be comfortable -- blankets, cushions, camping chairs ect.

Intro to Relational Mindfulness

Most of us want deeper connection but don't quite know how to get there. Small talk feels hollow, vulnerability feels risky, and meaningful conversation seems to require the right moment.

Relational Mindfulness is a practice for exactly this. Through a series of structured games and guided exercises, you'll explore the nuances of connection. No social ninja skills required.

Come meet new people, learn something about yourself, and leave with a sense of what authentic connection feels like.
